Yamaha 265 SII Open Hole Offset G Flute “Oregano”
This is a gorgeous Yamaha flute with open holes for the intermediate player. This beautiful flute has an ease of tone and articulation in every register, quick action and response, and is in mint condition except for a couple of nearly imperceptible dents. It comes with a decent original Yamaha case with latches, a cleaning rod, and a new cleaning cloth, as well as optional plugs for the open holes on the keys.

    • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is safely returned to us. Hallie's Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchases made with Step Up For Students funds cannot be returned or refunded, but a reasonable repairs or swap may be made on a case-by-case basis.

    Repair Policy:

    • Eligibility: If your product from Hallie's Studio requires repairs within 30 days of delivery, please contact at halliesstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
    • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item to our repair facility. We will cover the cost of return shipping after the repair is completed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Repair Process: We will assess and repair your item, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality. Repair times may vary, but we strive to complete all repairs within 14 days of receiving the item.

    Exceptions:

    • This return and repair policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
